ODBD Be a Sunflower

Hi, Stampers!
I am so excited to be a guest designer for Our Daily Bread Designs for October and November!  You can check out the Our Daily Bread Designs Blog HERE!

ODBD has some amazing products releasing now and again in November!  I can’t wait for you to see the spectacular stamps, dies, and papers that will get your creative juices flowing!

I started by stamping the detailed sunflower from the Be a Sunflower Stamp Set with Copic friendly ink.  I also used the matching sunflower die to create some masks from Inkadinkado Stamping Mask Paper so that I could continue stamping the flower multiple times on my card panel.

Next, I colored the images using the following Copic combinations: (Y06, Y17, YR18), (YG03, YG17, YG99), and (E23, E37, E19).

After stamping the sentiment on my panel, I used the newly released Double Stitched Rounded Rectangles to cut out a portion of my stamped panel.

I cut paper layers from the Follow the Son Paper Pad and adhered those to the card front.  I then adhered the outside layer of my sunflower panel.  After placing foam tape on the back of the inside portion of the panel, I carefully placed it back onto the card.  I love the stitching and the dimension created through the use of these new dies!

Please be sure and check back with me every week to see what ODBD has in store for you!

Happy stamping!
Melody
