Good Monday morning!
Today’s Dare 2B Artzy card with its matching envelope was made for my aunt who fell this past week and broke her hip.  She has a great sense of humor so I hope this card will bring a smile to her face!

I began by using one of Dare 2B Artzy’s newly released stencils called Wild Flower Stencil.  I used that stencil to create the sky background as well as the sandy desert hillside.  I stenciled the envelope flap and the bottom left corner of the envelope to make matching snail mail.  After stenciling the envelope, I stamped the adorable alpaca’s face in the bottom left corner, too!

Next, I stamped the alpaca, the cacti, and the sentiment from the Spit Happens Stamp Set with Dare 2B Artzy’s Totally Black Ink as it is Copic friendly.  The sentiments in this set bring a smile to my face every time I read them!

The alpaca and cacti were colored using the following Copic marker combinations: (C00, C1, C3, C4), (R43, R14, R24), (YR04, YR18, YR09), (B00, BG57, BG09), and (YG11, G14, G17).  After cutting out the images with the coordinating Alpaca Die, I added accents with Sakura Glaze Pens and Glossy Accents.

I surely hope my aunt enjoys this card, and I wish her a very speedy recovery!
