Leaf Background Die Four Ways!

Happy Friday, Dare 2B Artzy Friends!
Have you seen the new stamp sets designed to go with the gorgeous Dare 2B Artzy Leaf Background Die?  If not, you have to check them out!  These two sets make the die more versatile than ever!

The Well Wishes Stamp Set has TEN sentiments that fit perfectly onto the leaf die!  My son needed a thank you card for a friend, and this stamp and die created a card that could be used for a masculine or feminine card.

Changing the colors and sentiment makes this card look completely different from the card above!  I am so thankful for  wonderful friends who brighten my days!  This sentiment is also from the Well Wishes Stamp Set.

Turning the Leaf Background Die on its side made one of the amazing Dare 2B Artzy customers think of using the leaf portion of the die as a bird!  Now we have a bird with coordinating sentiments in the Little Birdie Stamp Set!
I stamped the bird image from the set onto Lilac card stock and colored the image with the following Copic Marker combinations: (V12, V17, V09), (Y11, Y17, YR16), and (BV00, BV04, BV08).  Accents were added with Sakura Glaze Pens #800 and #824.

For the last card, I used embossing powder and embossed the bird without coloring.  I used another sentiment from the Well Wishes Stamp Set as I thought it would be fun to have the little birdie sing a few notes!

What kinds of projects are you creating with the Leaf Background Die Set?  I hope you’ll share your creativity with us on Instagram using the hashtags #dare2bartzy and #d2ba.  We would love to see them in our Artzy Community Facebook Group, too!

Happy stamping!
Melody
