What Do You Do When Your Husband is a Big Ohio State University Football Fan?

When your husband finds out the fall football season for the Big Ten Conference is cancelled, you have to do something to cheer him up!
It’s Dare 2B Artzy to the rescue with the fabulous Backpack Die!

The Backpack Die is large enough to hold a set of A2 cards or lots of fun treats!  Surely, this backpack filled to the brim with delicious buckeyes will do the trick!  The front pocket is just the right size for a gift card so I’m thinking a gift card to a local wood fired pizza restaurant might just find its way into that pocket!

The D2BA Circle Framelits and the Buckeye/Block “O” Die Combo complete this project!

You can see how to put the backpack together on YouTube HERE!  The tutorial shows a more feminine version of the backpack so you can see how very versatile this die is!  You can also leave off the backpack straps and just make it into a fun gift holder!

I had to extend my sympathy with a card, too!  I’m sure lots of Buckeye fans were saying this sentiment when they heard the news!  Of course, the nuts have to be buckeyes!  The sentiment is from the Squirrel!!! Stamp Set!  Check it out to see the fun images and sentiments included in the set!
The dies used on this card included the Leaf Background Die, Circle Framelits, and the Buckeye/Block “O” Die Combo.

Have you joined the Dare 2B Artzy Facebook group yet?  It is called “Artzy Community,” and Cindy Sartain does a Facebook Live each Monday at 8:30 EST with all kinds of fun projects and techniques!

Thanks for stopping by, and I hope you have a great weekend!

  1. What a wonderful creative gift for your husband! I know he will love and appreciate it! Now I may have to borrow your idea for MY Big10 football fan…sans buckeyes! LOL!
