Hello, Dare 2B Artzy Friends!
It’s time for the new September Challenge on the Dare 2B Artzy Blog!  This month’s challenge is all about your favorite color!  That is a tough one for me as I love all kinds of colors, but I really love all shades of red!

For today’s card, I used one of the many dies in the brand new D2BA Curvy Borders Slimline Framelit Die Set!  This die set is fabulous!

I began by cutting a slimline card base at 8 1/2″ x 7 1/2″.  I then cut a piece of D2BA’s Radiant Hibiscus Paper with the large rectangle die from the Wavy Slimline Framelit Die Set.  I adhered this rectangle to my card front, and then cut the bottom edge with the scalloped edge die from the Curvy Borders Slimline Framelit Die Set!  I cut this same edge from a piece of red card stock and adhered it behind my card front with just the scalloped edge showing.

The flowers and  leaves were stamped from D2BA’s Hibiscus Stamp Set.  I used the Hibiscus Die to cut out the stamped images and adhered them to my card front.  The “Aloha” sentiment is also from the Hibiscus Stamp Set.
