Dare 2B Artzy’s Joyful Robin

Happy Friday!
I love the name of this new Dare 2B Artzy stamp set as just looking at it brings joy to my heart!

I began by stamping the images from the Joyful Robin Stamp Set with D2BA’s Totally Black Ink. I then colored them with the following Copic Marker combinations: (BG01, B04, B06), (YG11, G03, G14), (Y00, Y02, Y18), (Y21, Y17, YR16), (V12, V15, V17), and (R14, R37). Accents were added with Sakura Glaze Pens #805, #850, #800, and #803.
The images were die cut using the Joyful Robin Die.
I stamped the sentiment on white card stock that had been die cut with D2BA’s new Rectangle Framelits Die. The patterned papers used to create the layers are from the Song Birds and A Rockin’ Christmas Papers! I love the fact that these papers can be used during the holidays or all year long!

Did you know Dare 2B Artzy has paper that can be cut using the dies for their stamps?
I recreated my stamped card using the images from the paper! It’s a wonderful option when you are short on time and don’t have time to color!

I love being able to have both options!
The sentiment on these cards captures perfectly the people that Cindy and I met last weekend at Stampaway in Cincinnati, Ohio! Thanks again to everyone who took classes from us and stopped by the booth! We appreciated it so very, very much!

Have you joined in the August Challenge on the Dare 2B Artzy Blog yet? If not, you can join in the fun HERE for a chance to win a $15 gift card to the Dare 2B Artzy Store!

Take care, and I hope you get a chance to craft this weekend!
Happy stamping!
Melody

  1. Beautiful cards! The colorful and detailed images work so well with your clean and simple design!
I aways enjoy when you show how to recreate the card using the images from the paper. Of course you know I would choose your colored version every time! 💕
