It’s time for the November Challenge on the Dare 2B Artzy Blog, and it’s all about tags and bookmarks!

I had so much fun creating a bookmark, a tag for grandma’s gift, and a tag that is also a gift card holder and could be hung on a Christmas tree!

My tag/gift card holder was made using D2BA’s Mailbox Gift Card Holder Die. This die can be used for any occasion!
The mailbox was die cut from the Peace Love Joy Borders Paper. The stamp for the front of the mailbox was from the You’ve Got Mail Stamp Set, and the sentiment was stamped using the Christmas Sentiments Stamp Set. I die cut the Merry Christmas sentiment using a die from the Mini Borders Die Set. The sentiments were stamped with D2BA’s Pomegranate Ink.

I thought it would be fun to add a three dimensional element to this gift tag so I stamped the bell from the Joy to the World Stamp Set three times with Paradise Ink. I die cut the bells using the Joy to the World Die and scored each bell down the center. I then adhered the bells together before adhering it to my card. I did have to do a little trimming on one side of my bell as I was gluing them together since the bell is not completely symmetrical. The sentiment is from the Special Family Stamp Set and was die cut using a die from the Oval Framelits. The tag was die cut from Wooly Winter Paper using a die from the Slim Mini Wavy Layers Die Set.

The bookmark was die cut from a die in the Rectangle Slimline Framelit Die Set. I love it when products can be utilized in multiple ways! The images and sentiment are all from the Teddy Bear Hug Stamp Set. After stamping the images in Totally Black Ink, they were colored with the following Copic Marker combinations: (B95, B97, B99), (YG11, G14, G17), (B02, B04, B06), (E31, E35, E37), (C5, C7, C9), and (C1, C3, C4). The images were die cut using the coordinating Teddy Bear Die.
