May Challenge on the Dare 2B Artzy Blog!

Happy first day of May!
I always think of the proverb “April showers bring May flowers” when May arrives!
I just recently learned that this saying can be traced back to England in the 1500s when poet Thomas Tusser wrote “Sweet April showers do spring May flowers.”
The May Challenge on the Dare 2B Artzy Blog is all about springing May flowers!

I am springing flowers with a fun shaker card!
I used the D2BA Slim Mini Flower Patch Die Set to cut out the shaker part of my card. The stitched rectangle die is also included in this set, and it was used to cut the beautiful Bright Blooms Paper.

The sentiment was stamped from the Flower Mandala Stamp Set. The banner dies were die cut from the Slim Mini Wavy Layers and the Mini Borders Dies. The leaves and flowers were die cut from the Slimline Tropical Leaf Border Dies.
